GVREIT Reports Stable Q1/69 Performance, Prepares to Pay Dividend of 0.1783 Baht per Unit to Trust Unit Holders
Frasers Property Commercial Asset Management (Thailand) Co., Ltd. “FPCAMT” as the manager of the Golden Venture Real Estate Investment Trust or “GVREIT” has reported its Q1 2026 performance (October - December 2025), reflecting stable operations amidst ongoing economic challenges, supported by consistently high occupancy rates, indicating a continued demand for premium-grade office space (Prime Grade A) in the central business district (CBD).
In this quarter, the trust generated total revenue of 272.31 million Baht, maintaining an average occupancy rate of 84% across the Park Venture Eco-plex and Sathorn Square buildings, which is above the overall market average for office buildings. Based on this performance, the company has decided to distribute a quarterly benefit for Q1/2026 at a rate of 0.1783 Baht per trust unit, scheduled for payment on March 12, 2026. The structure of lease agreements with key tenants, along with a stable tenant base that consistently renews contracts, supports the stability and predictability of the trust's cash flow. Meanwhile, the trust continues to implement a cautious capital structure management policy to maintain long-term financial flexibility.
Mr. Thanarut Boonyakosol, Managing Director of Frasers Property Commercial Asset Management (Thailand) Co., Ltd. as the trust manager stated, “This quarter's performance is a testament to the potential of Grade A assets in the CBD location, which continue to see ongoing demand. However, we place equal importance on maintaining high standards of governance and good corporate oversight. In Q1 2026, GVREIT received two awards from the SET Awards organized by the Stock Exchange of Thailand in the Business Excellence category, namely the Outstanding REIT Performance Awards and the Best REIT Performance Awards, reflecting excellence in governance, stakeholder consideration, and an effective risk management system.
Additionally, the company has received approval from the SEC to renew its REIT Manager License for another five years (2025 – 2029), reinforcing the readiness of the management team and the strong governance framework.
The company is confident that with a quality asset portfolio and a prudent management approach, GVREIT will be able to maintain its ability to generate consistent and sustainable returns for trust unit holders in the long term,” Mr. Thanarut concluded.
